"Your business model needs to support your output costs. As an all-digital shop, the little extra cost in ink makes up for the platemaker, plates, ink, chemicals, blankets and skilled labor. Also, setups are 1 or 2 envelopes for the most part, so waste is low." -Loris Printing
"If you want quality. If you want speed. If you want accuracy. Go with the iJetColor Pro 1175P." Sir Speedy | Sarasota, FL

THE IJETCOLOR 1175 Pro
The iJetColor 1175 Pro is the newest version of the iJetColor Pro envelope press. The 1175 Pro utilizes HP PageWide full-color thermal inkjet technology to deliver durable, pigment-based ink at high-speeds all at the industry’s lowest variable cost.
Just like the iJetColor Pro, the 1175 Pro can print short-run, full-bleed, variable data jobs, but with the HP FI-1000 printhead, it also prints wider (up to 11.7”) and on thicker substrates with an adjustable printhead height of up to 2”. This allows for printing on an endless variety of media sizes and types.

TOTAL COST OF OWNERSHIP
The iJetColor 1175 Pro will pay for itself in as little as 12 months by shifting volumes of short to medium run offset work with higher-margin, full-color work while providing significant reductions in makeready, prepress, and press costs. Our rule of thumb is this: produce 32 orders per month of 1,000 envelopes each, at an average of $200 per order, and you’ll easily cover the cost in one calendar year.
Any jobs beyond that allow you to further reduce the payback period and focus on increasing profit margins.
Even with 4 edge bleed printing, the iJetColor 1175 Pro maintains extremely competitive pricing by bringing the lowest cost-per-piece to the commercial printing market.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO PRINT ON AN IJETCOLOR?
The iJetColor 1175 Pro is a fast, low-cost solution for printing and addressing envelopes. At three times the speed and one-third the cost, it is extremely competitive compared to other toner envelope printing systems. The iJetColor 1175 Pro performs 4 edge bleed printing while bringing the lowest cost-per-piece to the commercial printing market.
